Vet booking confirmation prices under the CMA Order

The first digital confirmation of a booking must show the consultation price and link to your price list.

What the Order requires

Applies to the first email, text or app message confirming an appointment.
Shows the price of the consultation booked, including VAT.
Includes a working link to your published price list.

How to fix it

Edit the booking confirmation template in your practice management system to merge in the consultation price.
Add the price list URL to the template footer.
