VetReady is run by Reply Intelligence Group Ltd, company number 17040048. We are the controller for the personal information this site collects. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, number ZC192287.

What we collect

If you ask us to email you, we store your email address. If you also give a practice website, we store that address too. We keep a salted hash of the IP address the request came from, so we can limit abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.

The checker reads public pages on the website you give us. It does not collect information about your clients.

Why

We use your email to send the readiness report and the duty guides. We use the website address to run that check. We do not send anything else.

Lawful basis

The email list is consent. You ask us to write to you, and you can take that back at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email.

Reading public web pages to produce the report is our legitimate interest in running the checker. That interest does not override your rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months after you last use the service, whichever comes first. We then delete it.

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores the list. Resend sends the email. They process this information for us, and only on our instructions.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our use of it. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also ask for a portable copy.
